BBMP Cancelled Occupancy Certificate of around 2000 flats of Sobha Developers – The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has cancelled the Occupancy Certificate (OC) of around 2,000 flats at Sobha City, an apartment complex by one of the popular builder of Bangalore, for allegedly producing forged documents to obtain building plans. Based on the request of one of the flat owner, the BBMP had started the probe and the civic body found that the builder had obtained the building plan approval and OC from it by providing a fake no-objection certificate (NOC) from the fire department.
